• Please note, payment for all food products needs to be made in advance (at the time of booking). These are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

• Upon completion of setups and receiving hire items, please make full payment for the service provided.

• To cancel a booking, please inform us atleast 24 hours inadvance. 

• To secure a booking for an event please pay a non-refundable £10 deposit (deducted from the total price).

• Travel charges will be based on miles from Halesowen, Dudley. 

• If an item is damaged, charges will be incurred.
